Als Team Lead IT Security (m/w/d) übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres IT-Security-Consulting-Teams und stellst eine hochwertige, praxisnahe Beratung rund um ISO 27001 und weitere Frameworks sicher. Dabei verbindest du Leadership mit tiefem fachlichem Verständnis und Kundennähe. Deine Mission

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung unseres Domain-Expert:innen-Teams für Frameworks wie ISO 27001, NIS2, EU AI Act und Whistleblowing

• Implementierung von Informationssicherheits- und Compliance-Frameworks, sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse zur Umsetzung von Informationssicherheit Anforderungen

• Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Security-Services, Prozesse und Wissensbasis und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (Product, Tech etc.). 

• Strategische operative Betreuung ausgewählter Kund:innen von heyData

• Qualitätssicherung und Eskalationsmanagement bei komplexen Kund:innenfällen

Dein Profil

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit ISO 27001 / ISMS und IT-Compliance, u.a. als externe:r Berater:in im Bereich Informationssicherheit oder Compliance

• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer- und/oder Auditor-Zertifizierung bzw. entsprechende praktische Erfahrung

• Ausgeprägtes Ownership-Mindset mit hands-on Mentalität und hoher Umsetzungsstärke

• Hohes technisches Verständnis für IT- und Sicherheitsarchitekturen

• Erste Führungserfahrung oder klarer Next-Step ins Leadership

• Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Hohe Kund:innenorientierung und pragmatischer Beratungsansatz

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
